By accessing or using StampMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Purchases and Trials

StampMate offers a 2-day free trial, after which full access requires a one-time purchase of $3. This purchase grants you lifetime access to the core features, including unlimited stamps, AI background removal, and cloud sync.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any images you upload and process through StampMate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and modify any images you process through our service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use StampMate to create stamps from illegal, highly explicit, or unauthorized copyrighted material.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
